Indies Capital (a company in the process of being formed) (“we” or “Indies Capital”) publishes this website (the “Site”) to enable companies specializing in the creation, development and sale of beauty, cosmetics, fashion, luxury goods and design to apply to be listed on a platform (the “Platform”) reserved for specialized members of the sector (the “Members”). 

In this context, we may process your personal data, whether you are an Internet user or a member of the Company (“you”), in your capacity as data controller.

The purpose of this privacy policy (the “Privacy Policy”) is to inform you about how we process your personal data in the context of our relationship and through the Site.
