5 Key Steps

Pitch & Submit

Indie brands submit their applications via our website. This step is crucial, as it allows brands to highlight their mission, vision and specific growth needs. Once the application has been submitted, it is carefully reviewed by our team of experts.

Step 2

Profile & Shine

After validation, a detailed profile for each brand is created on the Indies Capital platform. This profile includes not only information on their positioning and strengths, but also exclusive access to test their products and consult their financial performance.

Step 3

Expert Connect

From January 2025, expert investors & mentors will be invited to connect to the Indies Capital platform to evaluate and select the brands with which they would like to collaborate. This selection process will take place in several stages:

Brand Profile Analysis: Experts consult documented profiles to assess brands’ positioning, strengths and financial performance.
Product Testing: For a more concrete assessment, brands offer exclusive coupons to potential partners so they can test their products… and help them improve them.
Community Discussion: Brand-specific chats enable community members to discuss the brands’ potential and share their impressions.

Step 4

Insight & Match

After this evaluation, each brand receives a briefing including :

Exclusive insights into their positioning, marketing and product strategy.
An analysis of their growth potential.
A list of community members interested in supporting their future development.

Step 5

Build & Grow

In partnership with the brands, Indies Capital puts together a team of experts, both mentors and investors, to accelerate their development. In exchange, the brands offer them the opportunity to become minority partners by taking a stake in the company, forging a solid, mutually beneficial alliance.

Expert team selection

A renowned influencer in the natural beauty field discovers their profile, tests their products thanks to exclusive coupons, and is convinced by their concept. She offers to support them by sharing their story on her social networks, thus increasing their visibility.

At the same time, an investor specialized in sustainable start-ups analyzes Green Glow’s financial data, sees their growth potential, and proposes financing.

Step 3

Strategic Partnership and Result

In exchange for a minority stake in Green Glow*, they form a strategic team that enables the brand to accelerate its development, boost its visibility and achieve its growth objectives. Within three years, the company could consider a major partnership or even an acquisition, paving the way for a successful exit.
